Please join other MBCA Western Reserve Section members and guests for a luncheon and private tour of the Cleveland Botanical Garden (11030 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106) on Sunday, April 3rd. We will meet at 1:00 p.m. in the main lobby where we will begin our hour-long docent-led tour. At 2:00 p.m. we will have a box lunch provided by Cafe Bon Appetit.
The cost is $35 per person including the luncheon, private tour, and parking. Upon arrival, park in the underground parking garage accessible from Wade Oval. Take a ticket from the machine when entering the garage and bring it into the event—we will validate your ticket during the luncheon.
There will be four luncheon choices and they must be chosen in advance:
(1) Deli Italian sandwich with provolone, capicola, salami, pepperoni, basil aioli, lettuce, tomato, on crusty Italian bread
(2) Smoked Turkey sandwich with aged cheddar, whole grain mustard, lettuce, tomato, on 12 grain bread
(3) Santa Fe chicken wrap with chipotle spread, cucumber, tomato, shredded lettuce in tomato wrap
(4) Grilled vegetable salad with portabello mushrooms, zucchini, squash, grilled tomatos on romaine lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Potato chips, dessert, and soft drinks are included. Please indicate if hot coffee is desired.
After the luncheon, those interested are invited to attend a jazz concert at 3:00pm at The Barking Spider Tavern, 11310 Juniper Road, a two block walk from the Botanical Garden.
