Our annual fall leaf tour on Saturday Oct. 22nd will feature a tour of the TP Car Collection in Canfield, a scenic drive through eastern Ohio, and tours and lunch in historic Steubenville Ohio.
Our group will depart from the Home Depot in Streetsboro (9585 Ohio 14, Streetsboro, OH 44241 — ½ mile east of turnpike exit 187) at 9:00 a.m. sharp to begin our tour. Our first stop is the TP Car Collection in Canfield (7075 State Rt 446, Canfield) where we will arrive at 10:00 a.m. We’ll enjoy coffee and donuts as a “hold-me-over” until lunch while we have a one-hour tour of the museum which features over 50 collector cars as well as lots of great memorabilia and displays.
Our caravan will depart from Canfield at 11:00 for a scenic hour-long drive through eastern Ohio and along the river to Steubenville. Once we arrive in Steubenville, we will have 2 guided tours of the Steubenville area.
One group will tour historic Fort Steuben from the Revolutionary War era, and a second group will take a guided trolley tour of the murals of Steubenville. Each tour will last about an hour—then we’ll switch so both groups will see both tours.
Our tour will conclude with lunch at 3:00 at the local favorite Naples Spaghetti House (329 North St. Steubenville) where we will order off the menu and pay our own tab.
Registration is $40 per person including the trolley and tours. Lunch is on your own.
