Make your reservation now for this fun annual event! We will meet at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted at 11:00 to enjoy coffee & donuts—and have plenty of time to ogle a great selection of new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz on display. The group will depart @ 11:45 for Huron.
Our hosts, Western Reserve Section members Ron and Darlene Renzoni, have arranged a special parking area for us to display our cars. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a selection of appetizers at the club during social time to catch up with friends. Our cars will have a dedicated parking area for our casual car show. A highlight of our day is a visit to the boat basin to see a display of antique wooden boats. We’ll have an early dinner at 3:30 in the club dining room.
Schedule for the day:
11:00 am—meet at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted (28450 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070)
11:45 am—depart for the drive to Huron. If you live west of Cleveland and would prefer to drive directly to Huron, plan to arrive at the yacht club by 12:30
12:30 pm—arrive at the Huron Yacht Club (350 Huron Street, Huron OH 44839). Social time, casual car show (no special vehicle preparation required!), antique wooden boat display
3:30 pm—dinner at the yacht club. Order off the menu and pay your own tab. Lake Erie favorites walleye and perch as well as many other tasty items are on the menu.
After the diner, depart Huron at your leisure to head for home or stay for a while to enjoy the entertainment at the club. Soft Machine, a classic rock and one-hit wonder band is scheduled to perform at the Huron Basin at 7:30. You can also golf at the nearby Thunderbird Golf Club or check out the Cedar Point Light Show
